What is wrongful death?
Wrongful death is a tort claim that is designed to compromise a family whose loved one has died for
the loss of that loved one’s ability to support the family or provide companionship. The claim can be
raised when the negligent or intentional actions of a medical professional or other individual causes
an individual to die.
