The veterans' hospital in Philadelphia has botched 92 out of 116 prostate cancer treatments over the last 6 years. The treatment involves implanting radioactive seeds in the prostate to attack the cancer.
Unfortunately, in 92 cases, the doctors at the hospital missed their targets and irradiated healthy organs. Those mistakes were then covered up by the doctors by changing the recorded treatment plan.
