Regina was born in Philadelphia and admitted to her first bar in 1989. She joined the firm of Lowenthal & Abrams in 2010. Prior to joining Lowenthal, Regina served in various law firms in the Philadelphia area where she handled extensive cases from pleadings through post-trial motions. She brings her long history and experience of handling cases to Lowenthal. Regina serves her community as a Judge Pro Tempore and an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
In her spare time, Regina enjoys spending time at her shore house, traveling, and gardening. She is also an aspiring gourmet chef. Regina is married and has two beautiful children and a granddaughter.
